A: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While we strive for fast delivery, customs delays or courier disruptions may affect final delivery time.

 

Q4: Can I use my own forwarder or shipping agent?

A: Absolutely. We support EXW and FOB shipping. Please share your forwarder details in advance.

 

Q5: Who is responsible for duties and import taxes?

A: By default, the buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. For DAP terms, our team can assist with customs documents, but local charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Q6: Is insurance available for shipments?

A: Insurance can be arranged upon request and may incur an extra fee. Let your sales representative know if insurance is required.
