General Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


* Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package if there's any problem with the goods. We only accept products in their original state, without modification, without cleaning and without smoke. We cannot process any returned products without our prior approval.

Return Procedure:


✅ 1: Please contact us, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there are quality issues, please provide images of said item(s).
✅ 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team.
✅ 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team to the original payment account or credit card.
