General Return Policy
We accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by BEISHI, because we do not do free returns.

* Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package if there's any problem with the goods. We only accept products in their original state, without modification, without cleaning and without smoke. We cannot process any returned products without our prior approval.

Return Procedure:

✅ 1: Please contact us, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there are quality issues, please provide images of said item(s).
✅ 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team.
✅ 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team to the original payment account or credit card.
